Role: Product Designer
Timeline: October 2023 - Present
- Leading the end-to-end design process for internal and patient-facing tools through wireframing, UI design, testing, and development hand-off
- Collaborating with agile, cross-functional teams to assess project needs, ensuring accurate execution of designs
- Partnering closely with engineers to foster consistency between technical implementations and user-centric solutions
- Leading design thinking activities with PMs and stakeholders to identify business opportunities and product solutions
- Spearheading accessibility efforts across cross-functional teams to ensure we are meeting accessibility guidelines in all products

Overall, I currently work through a full-fledged design process beginning with:
1. Identifying user problems through interviews and currrent data
2. Gathering research about main stakeholders and competitors
3. Conducting design thinking exercises to identify product and business goals (with key collaborators)
4. Ideating solutions that fit these goals
5. Testing with users and constantly refining after receiving feedback
6. Then designing a final product as project scope narrows over time
